RECIPE: RABBITS` EARS


Basic ingredients
 
  • 1 egg, whole
    		•
  • 2 tbls cream
    		•
  • fat
    		•
  • 2 egg yolks
    		•
  • 1 tsp rum
    		•
  • 4 tbls sugar
    		•
  • flour
    		•   

    Steps:

    Stir eggs and sugar well, add cream, rum and enough flour to form a pliable dough. Roll out rather thin, cut in ribbon-like strips, and roll around a spoon. Drop into hot deep fat until well-browned.
