Recipe: Rabbits' Ears
Basic ingredients |

1 egg, whole |
2 tbls cream |
fat |
2 egg yolks |
1 tsp rum |
4 tbls sugar |
flour |

Preparation:
- Stir eggs and sugar well, add cream, rum and enough flour to form a pliable dough. Roll out rather thin, cut in ribbon-like strips, and roll around a spoon. Drop into hot deep fat until well-browned.
