Recipe: Rabbits' Ears


Basic ingredients
 
  • 1 egg, whole
  • 2 tbls cream
  • fat
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 4 tbls sugar
  • flour
  •  



    Preparation:
    • Stir eggs and sugar well, add cream, rum and enough flour to form a pliable dough. Roll out rather thin, cut in ribbon-like strips, and roll around a spoon. Drop into hot deep fat until well-browned.
